At Grid Suits, we aim to provide a smooth, reliable, and transparent shipping experience for all our customers worldwide. Below is everything you need to know about how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation. Once processed, your order moves into the production stage, which typically takes 4 to 6 business days depending on the product type and customization requirements.

We also offer two production options:

🚀 Express Production — Your fully custom suit is produced and delivered to your door in just 7 days from order confirmation, for a small additional cost.

📦 Standard Production — Your fully custom suit is produced and delivered in 12–14 days from order confirmation, at no extra charge.

Both options are built to your exact measurements and specifications, with the same quality control and finishing standards.

Worldwide Shipping

Grid Suits proudly offers international shipping to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs may vary depending on the destination, package weight, and courier service used. All shipping rates are calculated at checkout or communicated during order confirmation when required.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Customs regulations vary by country and are beyond our control. Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your country are the responsibility of the customer.

If a customer refuses to pay customs charges and the parcel is returned or disposed of by customs or courier authorities, a refund may be requested. However, 35% of the total order amount will be non-refundable to cover production, handling, and shipping costs.

Delivery Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses. To ensure successful delivery, customers must provide a complete and accurate address, including house/building number, street name, city, and postal code.

Fulfillment & Shipping Process

All orders are carefully managed through our production and logistics network. Products are manufactured and quality-checked before dispatch from our Pakistan-based facility. This allows us to maintain consistent quality while ensuring efficient global delivery.

Address Accuracy & Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing correct and complete shipping details at checkout.

• If a parcel is delayed, returned, or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer, all associated costs (including shipping, production, and return fees) will not be refundable.
• If a customer does not respond to repeated communication regarding delivery issues, the order may be treated as undeliverable, and related costs will apply.
• Any applicable charges will be clearly communicated through official invoices from our production or logistics partners.
