Shipping policy

At Grid Suits, we aim to provide a smooth, reliable, and transparent shipping experience for customers worldwide. Below is everything you need to know about how we process, produce, and deliver your order.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation. Once processed, your order moves into the production stage based on the production option selected below.

Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of confirmation. Once production has started, cancellations may no longer be possible due to the custom nature of our products.

Production & Delivery

We offer two production options for fully custom suits:

🚀 Express Production — Your suit is prioritized for faster production and shipping, with delivery in as little as 7 days from order confirmation for a small additional cost.

📦 Standard Production — Your suit is produced and delivered within 12–14 days from order confirmation, at no additional cost.

Both options are made to your exact measurements and specifications, with the same quality control and finishing standards.

Note: Fully custom suits may require additional production time. Production and delivery may take up to 14–20 days, depending on the order and customization requirements.

Worldwide Shipping

Grid Suits ships internationally to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs may vary depending on the destination, package weight, and courier service. Applicable shipping charges are calculated at checkout or confirmed during order processing when required.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Your order is delivered with applicable duties and taxes covered. Our shipping charges include customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees, so you should not face additional customs payments after checkout.

In rare circumstances, local customs authorities may impose requirements, restrictions, or other measures beyond our control. We will always do our best to assist, but cannot be held responsible for actions taken by local authorities.

If a shipment is refused or cannot be delivered due to such circumstances and is returned, abandoned, or disposed of, a refund may be requested. 35% of the total order value will be retained to cover production, handling, and shipping costs.

Delivery Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses. To ensure successful delivery, customers must provide a complete and accurate address, including house/building number, street name, city, and postal code.

Fulfillment & Shipping Process

All orders are carefully managed through our production and logistics network. Products are manufactured and quality-checked before dispatch from our Pakistan-based facility. This allows us to maintain consistent quality while ensuring efficient global delivery.

Address Accuracy & Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Orders delayed, returned, or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address information may be subject to additional shipping or return costs, which are non-refundable.
If a customer does not respond to repeated communication regarding a delivery issue, the order may be treated as undeliverable and related costs may apply.
Any applicable charges will be communicated clearly before being applied.
